After reaching Panvel, exit the expressway and get on the Sion-Panvel highway towards Vadkhal Naka Circle. From here, continue straight onto the NH 66 highway towards Alibag. The NH 66 passes through towns like Pen, Nagothane, and Rewas along the way.

After Rewas, a bridge crosses the Kundalika River to take you to Alibag. The total driving distance is about 140 km and it takes 3 to 4 hours to reach.
